Dog Speak’s preferred method of shipping is via UPS and most orders ship with this carrier. If your order is smaller and can fit in a Flat Rate United States Postal Service box/envelope and it is more cost effective, we will use this shipping method. If you have another method of shipping you would like for us to use, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will follow your instructions carefully. Also, if you need specific carton or product labeling, just ask!
